On April 18, 2025 God’s leading became unmistakably clear through the providential discovery of what is now known as the Feather Mountain property.

For some time, Michael and Sharon had been prayerfully searching for land in the Peeples Valley, AZ area, believing it to be a suitable location to live. Despite a number of possibilities, door after door continued to close. Rather than growing discouraged, they trusted that God was guiding the process and that, in His time, the right property would be revealed.

On this Friday afternoon in April, after returning home from work, Sharon felt impressed to search for properties in an area she had not explored in over six months. Unknown to her at the time, a unique property had been listed online just one hour earlier. What she discovered immediately stood out as something extraordinary. She called out to Michael and said, "You gotta come take a look at this."

The property was a turnkey estate spanning 160 acres, originally built in the 1980s for a physician as a celebrity wellness center. Over the years, following the doctor’s passing, the property changed hands several times—but much of its original purpose and infrastructure remained intact.

The estate included:

What had once been a wellness center appeared ready to serve that purpose once again—this time as a Christ-centered work dedicated to Restoring Wholeness to Humanity.

The timing, the location, and the completeness of the property left little doubt that this was more than coincidence. The discovery was seen as a clear example of God opening a door that no one could shut. Two days later, Michael shared the information about this property with the board. All of the board was excited to hear about this potential opportunity. They had a prayer session and asked the Lord to either open the doors or close the doors and make it abundantly clear what His will was.
