Michael started out his career by starting his own business which he ran successfully for almost 15 years.
When he and his wife Sharon moved to California, he worked at a local school district doing accounting work for almost 19 years.
He has a passion for mission of helping others learn about
Currently he volunteers in the food ministry at his local church, is the evangelism director and an adult Sabbath School teacher.
Ronelle obtained her nursing degree at Atlantic Union College. In the 90's God called her to learn about medical missionary work. Ronelle has experience running a lifestyle center and conducting gospel and health seminars, as well as teaching cooking and natural remedy classes.
She further advanced her education by earning a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition and a Doctorate Degree in Naturopathic Medicine in 2013. She is also a licensed naturopathic physician in the state of Arizona and is certified in both Functional Diagnostic Medicine and IV Nutritional & Integrative Cancer Therapies. Prior to establishing her own practice in 2016, she worked at two other naturopathic clinics in Phoenix.
Sharon has worked in accounting departments for various companies over the past 20+ years.
Currently she is a staff accountant & payroll supervisor at an agricultural company.
She is resourceful, well-organized and has excellent project management skills. She also brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the HRMI team.
Currently Sharon involved with several functions at her local church and serves as the head deaconess there.
Carl has 40 plus years of experience in property development. He specialized in the building and construction trades and has held three licenses from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for over two decades, with an impeccable record.
Currently Carl has retired his R.O.C. licenses and solely operates a home repair company.

Dr. Ugonna Woods is a pediatrician in Phoenix, Arizona and has been practicing for the past 20 years at a local community hospital and clinic.
Besides being the Health Department Director for the Arizona Conference she has also been involved with the Arizona Sonshine program and has provided numerous health lectures.
She has been trained as a medical missionary and has spent time at various lifestyle centers to further her knowledge in the use of God’s natural remedies to heal others.
Mike holds a B.A. Degree in Theology from Pacific Union College, which equipped him with a solid foundation in spiritual knowledge and understanding.
He has served as a Literature Evangelist in both the Central California and Arizona Conferences. He also was an administrator of a supervisory care facility in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the well-being of the residents.
Currently Mike is an Elder and teaches a Bible class at the Paradise Valley S.D.A. Church in Phoenix, Arizona. This involvement in his local church has strengthened his ability to connect with and support individuals in their spiritual journey.
Jay Sutliffe, PhD, RD
Jay is a professor & lead of the nutrition & foods program at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ.
Prior to that, he and his wife owned & operated two plant-based restaurants/health food stores.
He and his wife also offer monthly healthy lifestyle meetings in their local church.
Andrew Kolson
Andrew grew up in Poland with an interest in cars. He became an automotive master technician.
His love for cars took him into the world of automobile racing where participated in many rally races and came in top five finishers many times.
Over most of his career, he has owned, managed or been involved in some sort of automotive business specializing in exotic cars.
